60s Alfred Shaheen Dress Vintage Cheong Sam Brocade Asian Style M
Such a fabulous vintage 1960s Asian style cocktail dress - and it's a Shaheen! The dress has the classic cheong sam styling that was westernized for Chinese tourists back in the 1930s - mandarin collar, short sleeves, diagonal upper bodice opening accented with fabric fasteners. The dress is fitted to the body with a series of darts with a body conscious silhouette. The skirt has 6" sideseam slits at the hem, also detailed with self fabric fasteners.
