60s 70s Sun Dress Split Skirt Vintage Corset Style S M
A feminine dress that is actually pants - how cool is that? Princess seamed bust treatment with 5" wide cummerbund style waist. The center 6" of the waist is has four pairs of fabric loops on either side with a long skinny self fabric to tighten corset style. The "skirt" is styled with deep double inverted pleats center front and back and some small gathers at the sides of the waist. The skirt illusion is very good due to the volume, yet well tailored to reduce bulk.
No size label. The waist is adjustable within the range specified. The underbust measurement is the maximum - if you tighten the waist, that measurement will decrease as well.
|Bodice length from shoulder seam||16.5"||42|
|Circumference of one leg||56"||142|
The fabric is light and crepey, and based on the fiber burn test, is probably acrylic. The print is done in light and dark mossy green, a border print with diamonds and squares in the main body of fabric that remind me of stylized Persian rug motifs.
