40s Day Dress Vintage Corduroy Swing WWII New Old Stock S/M
Super cute vintage 1940s day dress with tags still attached! Fitted shirtwaist-style bodice with small shoulder pads, a petite flyout collar and short sleeves. The swingy skirt is A-line and four gored. Two patch pockets, one on the right chest and the larger on the left skirt make clever use of the corduroy ribbing to do a pieced angled design that has a chevron look. The green and gold buttons on bodice front and pockets add a stylish pop of color.

Rust brown narrow wale cotton corduroy.
Sideseam metal zipper plus working buttons for the bodice - they are green plastic (possibly bakelite) with gold painted accents. The dress has a self-fabric buckle belt, it would also look great with a green belt that matches the buttons.
New old stock with hang tag still attached.
