Dark brown leather and black suede with black crepe soles. The lining feels like thin soft leather - it's labeled as leather uppers, but I'm not sure if that applies to the lining.

Excellent. Minimal scuffing, light wear to heels and soles. It looks like these were rarely worn and certainly not abused.
