Additional shoulder detailing includes handkerchief pointed circle of lace that flutters on the upper arms and long narrow taffeta sashes at the shoulder peak that can be tied into soft bows. The skirt is slightly gathered at the waist - both the taffeta underskirt and the lace overskirt are full circles of fabric, and both are finished with dipping handkerchief hems. The innermost attached short nylon net crinoline give a little extra oomph.
