Vintage 50s Sheer Rockabilly Full Skirt Party Dress S

Floaty and feminine, with a peekaboo rockabilly edge. The two pieces can be worn together or separately - I'd love to see the dress with crinolines for maximum impact! The fitted bodice is styled with 3/4 length raglan sleeves and a gently vee-ed back with a small bow at the base. Incredibly full (more than a circle) eight gore skirt, gathered at the waist. A narrow self fabric belt fastens with a hook & eye and a snap. Underdress is nice enough to wear as a slip dress, styled with spaghetti straps, inset waist and four gore skirt.

Fabric/Colors

 The dress is done in a lightweight sheer black fabric, like organza but soft and floaty istead of crisp. The underdress is black acetate.

Closures

Both the underdress and the dress close with an inset sideseam metal zipper - 11" for the dress, 9.5" for the underdress.

Condition

Excellent. I don't see any stains, holes, or tears or other issues. The underdress may not be original, it has been hemmed at some point by about 3".
