A highly desirable designer coat for Spring, with some of the expected Cashin touches, and a few surprises! Simple somewhat flared silhouette, with 3/4 length kimono style sleeves and stand-up Nehru style collar. Sleeves are folded into a deep inverted pleat at the bottom, accented by buckles with fittings that match the coat closure. All the outer edges - collar, front opening, hem, sleeves - are bound in narrow bands of cream leather. The coat is unlined, as was typical for Cashin at this time - the inside of the coat is beautifully finished |

Size: No size label. I would say this is a One Size Fits many - Iwear a modern 12 and it was a comfortable fit - it also fit the mannequin very nicely without pinning.

Fabric/Colors |
Lightweight loose weave boucle in a lovely shade of cream, feels very silky. Wool? Silk? Cashmere? Trim is matching cream leather. |

Closures |
A single gold metal buckle with cream leather fittings just below the bust. |
Condition |
Very good to excellent. I don't see any stains, holes or tears. The only tiny flaw noted is some wear to the leather fittings on the bodice - the part that holds the buckle in place has a crack in the surface finish and the holes in the strap are a bit stretched - see close-up. |
