Lighter than air, so delicate and feminine! Drop waist bodice is slightly fitted with vertical darts, the skirt is shirred at the waist. Two rows of 5" wide lace on the skirt, the upper attached in a swag type pattern and the lower becoming the bottom of the skirt. The short sleeves are constructed from the same lace, and the sleeves and upper lace swag are edged in a delicate floral trim made from satin cord and a bit of metallic gold. The dress is unlined - you'll probably want to wear it with a very simple underslip.

Condition

Very good and wearable with care. some seam stress in front near waist level. A few small (the largest is about 1/4" diameter) and subtle discolorations on the skirt in back on the right side about 5" below the dropped waist - see close-up photos. A former owner took in the sideseams at the waist level in the past
