Can you say "I enjoy being a girl"? Puffed sleeves with a bit of a leg-of-mutton feel, dropped waist bodice accented by a self-fabric sash and three tiered ruffled skirt. Bodice is trimmed with vertical pintucks, lace and tiny faux pearls. Stand-up collar also has lace and pearls and wrists have lace.
