Closures

Dress closes with a sideseam metal zipper with a hook & eye above. The bolero has a hook & eye at the neck.

Condition

Excellent. I don't see any stains, holes or tears. The narrow band of faux horsehair stiffening at the hem of the skirt is flipping up in a few areas - you can either carefully iron it back into place or put in a few small stitches here and there to get it to stay in place. There are threads loops at the sideseams that suggest a former belt. I think it looks fine without a belt, but a ribbon belt could be added if desired.
