An ice princess coat for beautiful winter style! Lightly padded shoulders, swingy pyramid shaped silhouette. Beautiful seaming detail with curving back yoke and inset arrow shapes in front that have handwarmer pockets tucked into the outer seam. Sleeves are modified bishop style - they're moderately full but instead of being gathered into a narrow wrist, darting is used. Persian lamb collar and cuffs. |

Size: No size label, but I would estimate a medium. I usually wear a modern 12 but have long arms - the coat is a reasonable fit except for sleeves a little too short.

Closures |
Single large (1 5/8") shank button at the neck that is very eye catching - a ring of bluish gray plastic with domed center done in 3-D lattice using pearly plastic fibers. Silvery sparkles scattered between the lattice strands - can't quite decide if they're glitter or marcasite. There is also a discreet hidden button and loop at waist level for additional warmth. |
Condition |
Very good. I see one partial thickness divot, about 1/8 x 1/4" along the left pocket edge. There is some wear to the nap along the seams. Leather feels supple and is not shedding. At the bottom edge of the right sleeve, I see a tiny stain next to a very small fabric hole and nearby the fur is worn enough to see the skin underneath - see close-up. That's the only place where I see the skin and the only stain. |
