It’s unusual to find one of these great vintage Hawaiian shirts with long sleeves. This one has a back yoke, a besom pocket on the left upper chest, and metal buttons textured with a foliage pattern. Seams are serged. |

The fabric feels like cotton, with perhaps a touch of rayon; the surface is silky, but has an interesting texture reminiscent of bark cloth. I love the mostly abstract tiki print. The rich warm browns have a graduated ombre-style fade, set off by the crisper patterns using white and goldenrod in addition to the brown. |

Very good. The shirt has light overall fading. There is a small tear at the top of the cuff binding on the left sleeve; see close-up. It’s such an unobtrusive place, you could get away with wearing the shirt as-is. Or, it could be fixed pretty easily. |
