However, there is a small self-fabric loop at waist level sewn into the edge of the facing on each side, could be used with a frog or perhaps a cord to hold the kimono closed.

There are a few small areas of light tannish staining to the white lining and there are two small holes in the lining with the staining on the right inner front - see close-up. I repaired some open shoulder seams by hand stitching. No other issues seen.
