What a killer dress! It's a fairly simple fitted sheath . I love the sexy scooped low back, and the double row of long fringe that swings and swirls with every step! Cathy Hardwick is a Korean-born woman who began designing in the late 60s when she was living in California. She was a 1975 winner of a Coty American Fashion Critics award, and designed under her own labels from about 1972 to 1988. Her clothes were popular at such upscale stores as Bloomingdales and I Magnin. Many now-famous designers have worked for Hardwick at some point in their career, including Tom Ford from 1986 to 1988. |
